Terms & Refunds

Effective October 30, 2026

Tentmaker is a resource of Gateway Church in Angola, Indiana (“we” and “us”). These terms cover Sermon Threads and everything you get from tentmaker.church. By buying, subscribing, or downloading, you agree to them.

Refunds

We want every pastor who buys from us to be glad they did. If something isn’t right, send us a message and we’ll make it right.

• Single series ($29). If a series isn’t a fit, ask within 14 days of buying it and we’ll refund it in full.
• Series that aren’t ready yet. You can buy a series before its files are finished. If you change your mind before it’s ready, or it isn’t ready by the first Sunday listed for it, we’ll refund it in full.
• Monthly and Full Library plans. If you’re not happy within 14 days of your first payment, we’ll refund it. If a renewal charged you when you meant to cancel, tell us within 14 days of that charge and we’ll refund it as long as you haven’t used the new period (for Monthly, that means this month’s pick is unused).
• Partial periods. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the time you’ve paid for, so we don’t refund the unused part of a month or year.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show up in 5 to 10 business days. We may decline refund requests that look like a pattern of downloading and refunding.

Plans & billing

• Single series: $29, once. It’s yours to keep. Download it from your library any time.
• Monthly: $15 a month. Each paid month, pick any one ready series to add to your library. Picked series are yours to keep, even if you cancel. Unused picks don’t roll over to the next month.
• Full Library: $150 a year. Every series, past and future, while your plan is active.
• Upgrade credit. Bought a single series in the last 30 days? Each one takes $29 off your first year of the Full Library, or your first month of Monthly is free. Sign in before you subscribe and it’s applied at checkout. It works once, on your first plan, and a refunded series doesn’t count.

Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from your library under Plan & Billing; there you can also switch plans, update your card, and see your invoices. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and no sales tax is added. If we ever change a plan’s price, we’ll email you before it applies to your next renewal.

Using the material

Each purchase or plan covers one church or ministry. Within that church, use it freely:

• Preach and teach it, and adapt, edit, or rewrite any part of it to fit your people.
• Print and copy it for your staff, volunteers, small group leaders, and congregation.
• Use the title graphic and promotional copy for your church’s slides, bulletins, website, and social media.
• Record, stream, and post the sermons you preach from it.

Please don’t share the files with other churches or pastors, post the packages where others can download them, or sell or repackage them. Point friends to tentmaker.church instead. The written material belongs to Gateway Church. Some graphics may include images we license from others, so use them only to promote the series at your church.

The free series, and any series you get free with a code or a welcome gift, come under these same terms.

Your library

Your library is tied to the email address you use at checkout. There’s no password: to sign in, enter that email at tentmaker.church/library and we’ll email you a link. Keep that inbox secure and don’t forward sign-in links, since anyone with a link can open your library while it works. To move your library to a different email, send us a message.

Download links last 10 minutes; you can make a fresh one from your library any time you have access. With a Full Library plan, files you downloaded while it was active are still yours to use under these terms after you cancel.

Privacy

• What we keep: your name, email address, and what you’ve bought or subscribed to.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Email: sent through Sender. If you join our list or buy from us, we’ll email you about new series, usually once or twice a month. Every list email has an unsubscribe link. We’ll still send emails about your orders and sign-ins.
• We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that run the store (Stripe, Sender, and Netlify, which hosts the site), and only to run it.
• Site visits: we use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful: pages viewed, the device and browser, and a general location such as the state. It never receives your name, email, or anything you buy, and sign-in links and codes are removed from the addresses it records.
• Spam protection: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is filling them in. It looks at signals from your browser for that check only, and it doesn’t set advertising cookies.
• Your library session is saved in your browser for 30 days so you stay signed in. Choose Sign Out to remove it.

The fine print

We work hard to make every series faithful and accurate, but it’s provided as is. You know your congregation, and you’re responsible for what you preach and teach from it. Our total responsibility for any claim related to Tentmaker is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. These terms are governed by the laws of Indiana.

We may update these terms as Tentmaker grows. If a change matters for something you’ve already paid for, we’ll email you before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will change.
